Hoffman Wedding

All weddings are pretty special, but I felt especially privileged to be asked to shoot this one.Meg and Austin, due to a change in plans, asked me if I could shoot their wedding a few days before it was to take place. I was so happy to have the opportunity to observe their love and devotion for each other as well as their family pulling together to make their day special. Creating the images that will remind them of their wedding day was the icing on the cake. :) kb

Everyday Moments

Photography isn't just about capturing perfect moments {though it's exciting when I catch them} sometimes it's about capturing the everyday moments...the moments that you can never, ever get back...those are the ones you will cherish.
As a photographer, sometimes it's not the perfection I'm looking for, but the moments that take your breath away in their perfect, everyday beauty. It's not going to matter in twenty years if you had fancy props, gimmicky effects, the big name photographer or got 100 tiny pictures for $5.00... what is going to matter is that the special moments you cherish are captured and preserved for future generations.
My goal with my photography is to capture moments that you will cherish that will bring back sweet memories.

Senior-Ali

Ali is an incredible athlete and beautiful girl that I've known since she was in Kindergarten. It's a blast to take Senior pictures! I absolutely love it!

College Piano Recital

Jessica has worked so incredibly hard for years to get to this point...graduating from college and her Senior recital. What a privilege to be able to take her pictures and help her preserve these moments.

Theater Headshots

Brooke is one of my favorite college students-She loves the Lord and is full of life and fun! :) I had so much fun taking her pictures, and I can't wait to share more. :)
This last shot was not planned, but I love that it's so perfectly imperfect. The shots that most capture the personality of the subject are often the most candid. Love this girl! :)

My "Baby" :)

My youngest daughter really wanted her very own photo session this summer, so we went out in our own yard, and took some pictures of her. I'm so glad we did, because she's changing daily, and I want to be sure I'm capturing these precious days with my own kids.

Growing Family

I've enjoyed taking family pictures for this gorgeous family twice, first as a family of three, now of four. How greatly God has blessed them with these beautiful little girls!

Family fun

I'm so behind on my blogging so I'm attempting to catch up. What better session than this one to start with. I love this family-such sweet friends. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to take their pictures before they moved away from the area.
